As crazy as it may sound, the majority of tree service companies only carry liability coverage.
A very select few carry workers comp, exposing the homeowner to be liable if a worker gets hurt on the job.
These companies classify their workers as subcontractors as a cost-saving measure. In theory, it might work on paper, but when someone gets hurt, this approach falls short—because the workers are classified as sub contractors, when they are really employees and since there is no coverage to cover the injured worker... someone is in for a surprise.
Workers compensation is mandatory. Homeowners should always verify that proper coverage is in place to ensure everyone is protected.

-Stump can be used as a potter
**We don’t offer "cut and drop"—and here’s why:
When a tree is simply cut and dropped, it remains unstable with limbs and wood still under pressure. As a responsible service provider, we prioritize safety at every job site. At a minimum we may de limb the tree and place the branches in a pile. We will always ensure to leave the area as safe as possible and reduce to a minimum any hazards before leaving. This approach helps protect everyone around the work area.
You need a little more than the essentials
Enhanced care includes:

-Complete removal of branches and wood
-Excellent clean up
-Stump can be used as a potter
You need the tree gone, ALL THE WAY. "Enhanced care" just ain't gonna cut it.

-Stump grinded- stump shaving are spread on site location.
-Excellent clean up
TREE BE GONE! Like magic, we leave no trace of a tree. The area where the tree once was, is ready for grass seed.
Premier Plus includes:
-Tree removal
-Complete removal of branches and wood
-Stump grinded- excessive stump shavings are hauled away and top soil is added to leave a level surface ready for grass seed.
